  * Team upload.
  * New upstream release.
  * Update the patches:
    - non-free.diff: refresh
    - tests-overflow-skip-unsigned-char-23bit.diff: drop, as the related bits
      were dropped; hopefully it is not needed anymore
  * Update standards version to 4.7.4, no changes needed.
  * Update the symbols file.
  * Convert watch file to v5.
